This Grant Scheme seeks to support digitalisation investment initiatives by SMEs in several economic sectors. Such investment can improve their resilience, efficiency, productivity and customer experience by addressing new digital capabilities and digitalised processes.

Eligible Undertaking

Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in economic activity, irrespective of their legal form, subject to exclusions.

Actions

The investment is aimed at product and process design and engineering, end-to-end procurement, supply chain/distribution and after sales.

• Must improve resilience, efficiency, productivity and customer experience of enterprise
• Must be implemented and paid within 24 months of application acceptance
